What we collect when you ask us for a quote or use this site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

HREMOVALS LIMITED, trading as H Removals, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17128571, with our registered office at 22 Villiers Gardens, London, E20 1GW.

Through the quote form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the addresses you are moving between, the date of your move, a description of what needs moving, and anything else you choose to tell us.
We record your cookie choice so we do not have to ask again on every page. That is the only thing stored unless you agree to more.
If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, we also collect the pages you visit, roughly where you are from your IP address, your device and browser, and how you arrived at the site. None of that happens unless you say yes.
We do not take card details on this site. Deposits are paid through a separate secure payment link, and the balance is paid directly to us.

Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time using the cookie settings, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Like any business we rely on a small number of outside services to operate. They act on our instructions, may only use your information to provide their service to us, and cannot use it for their own purposes. The categories are:
