For local jobs, yes: you pay the hourly rate for the time used, with the minimum shown above. Before booking we'll give you a fixed quote based on what you're moving, and we stick to it unless the job changes on the day.
On arrival at your collection address, and it stops when the last item is in place at the delivery address. Travel to you beforehand is not charged.
As a fixed price rather than by the hour, so distance can't run the cost up unexpectedly. Send us both postcodes and we'll quote the whole journey.
Only where the route genuinely incurs it, and only at cost. We'll tell you up front if it applies to your move.
Yes. A 20% deposit is paid through a secure payment link, and the date is not held until it clears. Cancel more than 48 hours before the move and we refund it in full. Inside 48 hours, or if nobody is there on the day, we keep it, because the van and crew are committed by then. Cooling-off rights and the rest are in our terms.
The remaining balance is due on completion, once everything is delivered. We accept cash, online payment and bank transfer, and cash is preferred for local jobs.
